Who can take part

  • You must have completed the earlier SPN-817 study.
  • You must be taking between 1 and 4 seizure medicines at the same dose as before.
  • You cannot have any episodes that look like seizures but are not (like fainting or panic attacks).
  • You cannot have had serious thoughts of suicide in the past study or at your first visit, or more than one suicide attempt in your lifetime.
