Who can take part
- Pregnant with a single baby, confirmed by ultrasound, between 6 and 11 weeks pregnant
- BMI between 18.5 and 40
- Planning to breastfeed
- Able to read Dutch, French, Spanish, Catalan, or Polish
- 18 years or older and own a smartphone (a loaner phone is available if needed)
- Not taking certain medicines long-term before pregnancy (e.g., antidepressants, insulin, thyroid hormones, steroids, and other listed drugs)
