  • You are a woman aged 18 to 49 years
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not gone through menopause
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition that would make it hard to participate fully
  • You do not have a major hormone-related condition like Cushing's syndrome or a pituitary disorder
  • You have not taken part in a structured program about these chemicals in the last 6 months
