Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have cervical cancer (squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous type) that has come back or spread and standard surgery or radiation cannot cure it.
- You have already received platinum-based chemotherapy for your advanced cancer, and you have had 2 or fewer prior treatments for this stage.
- You have never been treated with bevacizumab (Avastin).
- You are able to swallow pills and have a biopsy done to test your tumor for PD-L1.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your overall health status is good (ECOG 0-1).
