Camrelizumab plus famitinib for rare head and neck cancers

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have one of these cancers that cannot be removed or has come back or spread: soft tissue sarcoma, malignant melanoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, or a salivary gland cancer (if salivary gland, it must be negative for HER2 and AR).
  • You have not received a PD-1 inhibitor (like Keytruda or Opdivo) before.
  • You have had no more than one prior systemic therapy (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.).
  • You are in good enough health to have normal organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
