Who can take part
- You have advanced (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) non-small-cell lung cancer that can't be removed with surgery.
- Your cancer cells have PD-L1 protein on at least 1% of tumor cells (your doctor can check this).
- You have tried at least one prior treatment, including platinum-based chemotherapy and, if appropriate, an immunotherapy drug (like pembrolizumab or nivolumab).
- If you have a specific gene change (like EGFR mutation or ALK fusion), you must have already tried a targeted therapy for it.
- You can provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or agree to a new biopsy.
- You do not have untreated or growing brain metastases, and you have not had prior treatment with docetaxel or a drug similar to the experimental one.
