Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that does not have an EGFR mutation.
- You have already tried and failed one line of treatment, which included immunotherapy (for those without a driver gene) or targeted therapy plus chemotherapy (for those with a different driver gene).
- You are at least 18 years old and your overall health is good (able to care for yourself).
- You have not had certain other cancers in the last 3 years, active brain metastases, or serious heart or lung conditions.
- You have not been treated with a type of drug called topoisomerase I inhibitors before.
- Your blood counts and organ function are within certain limits, and you are not pregnant or nursing.
