This trial tests if a small nerve stimulation device can safely and effectively reduce restless legs symptoms in pregnant people. If you are between 21 and 26 weeks pregnant with a confirmed diagnosis of restless legs syndrome (RLS), you may be eligible.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You are between 21 and 26 weeks pregnant with a single baby (no twins or known birth defects)
  • You have been diagnosed with restless legs syndrome by a sleep specialist
  • You can use the device at home, answer questionnaires, and attend follow-up visits up to 3 months after giving birth
  • You do not have any condition that makes nerve stimulation unsafe (like a pacemaker, history of seizures, or deep vein thrombosis)
