Who can take part

  • You have stage III or IV endometriosis based on a standard medical classification system.
  • You are scheduled for a robot-assisted surgery to remove endometriosis through the abdomen, with or without also removing the uterus.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are not pregnant at the time of the study.
  • You are not in prison, have no mental disability, and can make your own decisions.
