Who can take part
- You must have MASH diagnosed by liver biopsy, with moderate liver scarring (stage F2 or F3).
- Your liver fat on an MRI scan must be at least 8%.
- You need at least one of these: overweight, large waist, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, low 'good' cholesterol, or high blood sugar/diabetes.
- You cannot have used GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic) in the last 3 months.
- You must be willing to have a liver biopsy and follow the study schedule.
