Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of MASH (fatty liver with inflammation) from a liver biopsy.
  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 40.
  • You have at least two of these: obesity (BMI 25+), high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol or triglycerides, or type 2 diabetes.
  • Male participants must use effective contraception for 12 months after the injection; female participants cannot be capable of becoming pregnant.
  • You cannot have other serious liver diseases, type 1 diabetes, or poorly controlled type 2 diabetes.
