Who can take part
- You are scheduled to receive a type of radiation therapy called TARE for liver cancer that hasn't been treated before.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your overall health is stable.
- If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
- You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
- You do not have any allergies to the contrast agents Lumason or Sonazoid used in ultrasound.

This study tests whether a targeted radiation treatment called Y-90 segmentectomy can shrink liver tumors. It is for people with one to three small liver tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or destroyed by heat or cold (ablation).
This trial tests combining Yttrium-90 microspheres (tiny radioactive beads delivered into the liver), immunotherapy (drugs that help your immune system fight cancer), and anti-angiogenesis drugs (medicines that block blood supply to tumors) followed by a liver-directed chemotherapy infusion.
