Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with an H. pylori infection (stomach bacteria) through an endoscopy test.
- You are having stomach discomfort (dyspepsia) or have iron-deficiency anemia.
- You have not had severe health conditions like liver cirrhosis, kidney failure, heart or lung disease, or blood/neurological problems.
- You have not had prior stomach surgery or stomach cancer.
- You have not taken antibiotics, bismuth, NSAIDs, or aspirin in the past month, or acid-reducing drugs (PPIs) in the past two weeks.
- You have not been treated with bismuth-containing therapy for H. pylori before.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
