Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic bile duct cancer or gallbladder cancer (but not ampullary cancer).
- You have had only one prior systemic treatment for advanced cancer (or you could not tolerate it).
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your daily activities are not limited by your health (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are within acceptable limits.
- You have recovered from any major surgery.
- You agree to use effective birth control.
