Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Confirmed diagnosis of advanced, unresectable biliary tract cancer (bile duct or gallbladder cancer) that cannot be surgically removed
- No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for this cancer
- Good liver function (Child-Pugh Class A or well-compensated Class B)
- Good overall health and ability to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1)
- At least one measurable tumor on imaging (RECIST 1.1)
