Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Confirmed diagnosis of advanced, unresectable biliary tract cancer (bile duct or gallbladder cancer) that cannot be surgically removed
  • No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for this cancer
  • Good liver function (Child-Pugh Class A or well-compensated Class B)
  • Good overall health and ability to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • At least one measurable tumor on imaging (RECIST 1.1)
