Who can take part
- You have advanced bile duct cancer that has grown or spread after your first chemotherapy (gemcitabine-based).
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on a CT scan (like a spot longer than 10 mm or a lymph node larger than 15 mm).
- You can still do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and are expected to live more than 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and clotting tests are within safe ranges (doctors will check these).
