  • You gave birth between 37 and 41 weeks of pregnancy (full-term).
  • This is your first baby.
  • Your pregnancy was not considered high-risk, and you had no complications.
  • You have completed at least primary school education.
  • You have a mobile phone, computer, or tablet with internet access.
