  • This is your first baby
  • You gave birth between 30 and 36 weeks of pregnancy
  • Your baby is in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
  • Your baby does not have a health problem that prevents them from breastfeeding
  • You can read and understand Turkish
  • You are willing to take part in the study
