- You must be 16 years old or older.
- You must live in Norway and have a Norwegian national ID number.
- You must have a score of 5 or higher on a depression or anxiety questionnaire (PHQ-9 or GAD-7).
- You must not have strong thoughts of suicide (scoring 2 or higher on a specific question about self-harm).
- You must be able to understand Norwegian or English.
