- You are 22 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with dry eye disease and have a score of 13 or higher on a dry eye questionnaire (OSDI).
- Your tears break up too quickly (less than 10 seconds) in at least one eye.
- You do not have a blocked tear duct or have not had tear duct cautery in the past.
- You are willing to have cataract surgery with an advanced-technology lens.
