Liver cancer treatment study combining interventional and systemic therapy

Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This study looks at how well different combinations of interventional procedures (like TACE) and systemic treatments (like targeted therapy or immunotherapy) work for liver cancer. It uses real-world data to find which combinations might be best for different patients.

Liver cancer trial: HAIC plus immunotherapy and anti-angiogenesis

This trial tests a combination of liver-directed chemotherapy (HAIC), an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab), and a drug that blocks blood vessel growth (bevacizumab biosimilar) for advanced liver cancer that hasn't been treated with systemic therapy before. The goal is to see if this triple therapy can shrink or control the cancer.

Advanced liver cancer: TACE with immunotherapy and anti-angiogenesis

This trial is for people with advanced liver cancer (HCC) that has spread outside the liver. It tests whether combining a TACE procedure with immunotherapy and anti-angiogenesis drugs can improve outcomes. You must not have had prior systemic therapy and must have received TACE in a specific time window around starting these drugs.

NCT07154082Recruiting· Phase 2
Combination therapy before surgery for liver cancer

This trial tests if giving a combination of drugs (apatinib and camrelizumab) along with a procedure called TACE before surgery can help treat a certain type of liver cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor before the operation to improve outcomes.

Advanced Liver Cancer Treatment Comparison Study

This study compares two treatment approaches for advanced liver cancer that has spread within the liver but not to other parts of the body. Both treatments combine chemotherapy delivered directly to the liver with immunotherapy drugs to help your immune system fight the cancer.

Liver cancer treatments together for unresectable liver tumors

This trial tests a combined treatment plan—chemo delivered to the liver, targeted therapy, anti-VEGF therapy, and immunotherapy—to control unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It may help shrink tumors or slow progression when surgery isn’t possible.
