Project EMPOWER-OCD: support for caregivers of children with OCD

Who can take part

  • You are the primary caregiver (living with and caring for) a child or teen with OCD.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • The child has significant OCD symptoms (score of 16 or higher on a parent-reported scale).
  • You read, write, and speak English.
  • The child is not currently in family-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for their OCD.
