This trial tests whether a new drug, HLX17, works as well as the approved drug Keytruda® in people whose solid tumors (like lung cancer, melanoma, or kidney cancer) have been fully removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the new drug can help prevent the cancer from coming back.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • Your body weight is between 110 and 187 pounds (50 to 85 kg) and your BMI is between 18 and 30.
  • You have had surgery to completely remove one of these cancers: non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma, or kidney cancer (at intermediate-high or high risk of coming back).
  • You are in good physical condition (able to do normal activities without help).
  • You have not had prior treatment with Keytruda or similar immunotherapy drugs.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose if you or your partner could become pregnant.
