  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are generally healthy.
  • You don't have any metal or electronic device in your chest or arms (dental fillings or braces are okay).
  • You have not had a seizure or epilepsy, and you don't take seizure-medication.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no recent arm surgery or skin problems on the arm.
