Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and care for an older adult (60+) who cannot leave home without help.
  • You spend at least 6 hours a week on caregiving tasks.
  • You can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or English.
  • You can wear a VR headset for at least 5 minutes (no severe motion sickness or epilepsy).
  • You do not have a major psychiatric condition (like schizophrenia) or severe memory problems.
