  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You care for an older adult (age 60+) who is homebound and cannot easily leave home.
  • You provide at least 6 hours of caregiving per week.
  • You can communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, or English.
  • The older adult you care for is not currently receiving long-term care services (like living in a nursing home).
