Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor (lung, head and neck, or breast cancer) that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You are fully active or able to do light work (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
  • You do not have untreated brain metastases, or they have been treated and are stable.
  • You do not have another cancer that needs treatment or has been active in the last 2 years.
  • You do not have a history of serious infections, severe heart disease, or certain lung conditions (for specific parts of the trial).
