Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HR-positive and HER2-negative (confirmed by biopsy)
- You have already been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy and your cancer got worse
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on scans (evaluable lesion)
- You have had no more than 2 lines of chemotherapy for advanced disease
- Your overall health allows daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and your organs are working well
