Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an advanced cancer (breast, bladder, lung, or stomach) that cannot be removed by surgery, and you are about to start treatment with an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC).
- You must have at least two tumor sites (not in bone or brain) that can be measured and one that can be safely biopsied.
- You are willing to have two tumor biopsies (one before treatment and one during) and provide blood samples for research.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
- You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
