Who can take part
- You have an aggressive type of adenoid cystic carcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has a NOTCH gene mutation, or it spread quickly (within 3 years of diagnosis), or a TP63 stain on your tumor tissue is negative.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You are at least 18 years old and have not had certain prior treatments (like a B7-H4 targeted drug or some types of chemotherapy).
