Who can take part

  • You have adenoid cystic carcinoma confirmed by pathology, and it is advanced, metastatic, or has come back and can’t be cured
  • Your tumor test shows an activating NOTCH pathway mutation (a genetic change that turns the pathway on)
  • You must be 18 or older, and well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
  • You can swallow study pills, and you have at least one measurable spot tumor seen on scans
  • Your blood counts and organ lab tests are within required ranges (including white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, kidney, liver, and bilirubin)
  • You can safely take the assigned oral medication plan (lenvatinib or abemaciclib), including insurance approval or support for lenvatinib if you’re in that group
