  • You are having ICSI as part of your fertility treatment
  • Woman is over 35 years old and produces at least 4 mature eggs during egg retrieval
  • Partner's sperm is collected by masturbation and is normal after washing (concentration over 1 million per mL)
  • Both partners have normal chromosome test results (karyotype)
  • You are willing to give informed consent to join the study
