Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
- You must have a positive PSMA PET scan, which is a special imaging test that shows if your cancer cells have a certain marker.
- You must be able to perform daily activities with some help (ECOG score 0-2).
- You cannot have received certain types of chemotherapy (taxane) in the castration-resistant setting for Phase II, but one prior line is allowed for Phase Ib.
- You must not have had prior treatment with any PSMA-targeted therapy or radiation-based treatment for prostate cancer.
