- You are of working age (adult, not retired).
- You have a muscle or joint problem in your arm, shoulder, or hand that hasn't yet been treated with physical therapy.
- You have not had surgery on that arm or shoulder.
- You do not have muscle wasting in your arm, shoulder, or hand from another condition.
- You do not have a medical condition that prevents safe use of a nerve stimulation device (like a pacemaker, epilepsy, or skin infection).
