- You are 18 years old or older
- You have breast or gynecological cancer
- You are scheduled to get 15 to 25 daily radiation therapy treatments
- You are willing to be in either the guided meditation group or the standard care group
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (able to do daily activities with some help)
- You can understand and speak English
