PSMA PET imaging for active surveillance in low-risk prostate cancer

Who can take part
- You must have a special prostate MRI done within the last 3 months.
- You must have had a prostate biopsy showing only low-risk cancer (ISUP Grade 1).
- Your cancer should be considered low-risk for active surveillance: PSA level 10 or less, small tumor (stage cT1c-T2a), and 3 or fewer positive biopsy cores.
- Your life expectancy should be at least 10 years (no serious health problems that would shorten it).
- You cannot have had any prior prostate cancer treatments like surgery or radiation.
- You cannot have had a PSMA PET scan before.
