- You are a male basketball player between 14 and 19 years old.
- You have been playing basketball for at least one year.
- You practice basketball at least two days each week.
- You have not had surgery on an arm or leg in the past year.
- You have not hurt your arm or leg in the past month.
- You do not have epilepsy, ADHD, or any neurological condition.
