Who can take part

  • You are a male basketball player between 14 and 19 years old.
  • You have been playing basketball for at least one year.
  • You practice basketball at least two days each week.
  • You have not had surgery on an arm or leg in the past year.
  • You have not hurt your arm or leg in the past month.
  • You do not have epilepsy, ADHD, or any neurological condition.
