Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 25 to 50 and not planning to become pregnant.
- You have a cervical biopsy showing high-grade precancer (CIN3) within the last month.
- You tested positive for HPV-16 and no other high-risk HPV types within the last month.
- Your colposcopy exam shows the doctor can see the entire transformation zone and the lesion completely.
- You have not been treated for cervical precancer in the last 4 weeks and have not received any therapeutic HPV vaccine.
- You are generally healthy and do not have other serious medical conditions or a history of cancer.
