Who can take part

  • You must be willing to sign a consent form and follow study rules.
  • You can be any gender or race.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 40.
  • Men cannot donate sperm and women cannot donate eggs during the study and for 3 months after.
  • You should not have a history of bleeding problems or blood clots.
  • You should not have had cancer (except some minor skin or localized cancers) in the last 3 years.
  • You should not have a fever or active infection within the last week before treatment.
  • You should not have had major surgery in the last 3 months or plan one during the study.
  • You should not have a known allergy to similar drugs.
  • Your fasting triglycerides (a type of fat) should be below 500 mg/dL.
  • You should not have taken another experimental drug in the last 30 days (or 5 half-lives).
