Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are in good health with no major medical conditions.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 28, and you weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women).
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications, including herbal supplements, in the past month.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 2 weeks after the last dose.
  • You have not participated in another clinical trial in the past 3 months.
