  • You have advanced solid tumors, including extensive-stage small cell lung cancer or other types confirmed by biopsy.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 90 days after the study if you could become pregnant.
  • You do not have certain cancers like brain tumors or melanoma.
  • You do not have active infections like HIV or tuberculosis, or autoimmune diseases that need strong medications.
