  • You are at least 18 years old and have been through menopause.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer that is ER-positive and HER2-negative.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You are generally feeling well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within a certain range according to recent tests.
