Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have triple-negative breast cancer that is locally advanced (cannot be removed with surgery) or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment for advanced or metastatic TNBC.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your overall health is good enough for study activities (ECOG score 0-1), and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- You have not had certain other cancer treatments (like radiation, targeted therapy, or surgery) within the past 3 weeks, and any side effects from past treatments have mostly gone away.
