QLS1304 plus hormone therapy for ER+ breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is ER-positive and HER2-negative.
  • You have already tried at least one type of hormone therapy and it stopped working.
  • You are 18 years or older and are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You have not had any other active cancer in the last 3 years (except some skin cancers).
