Who can take part
- You have advanced breast cancer (locally advanced or metastatic) that is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and either HER2-negative or HER2-low.
- You have a PIK3CA gene mutation found in your tumor or blood.
- Your cancer is measurable on scans or you have evaluable bone disease.
- For Part 1: You have had 0 to 2 prior treatments for advanced cancer, with at most 1 of them being chemotherapy.
- For Part 2: You have not had any prior treatment for advanced breast cancer.
- You are willing to follow contraception rules and, if needed, use hormone suppression therapy.
