Rocklatan Eye Drops and Eye Blood Flow in Glaucoma

This study tests how the eye drop Rocklatan (a combination of latanoprost and netarsudil) affects blood flow in the back of the eye for people with early open-angle glaucoma. If you already use latanoprost but your eye pressure is still 17 or higher, this trial may explore if adding another medicine improves optic nerve health.

Who can take part

  • You have open-angle glaucoma in both eyes.
  • Your visual field tests show glaucoma damage on your last two visits.
  • You are currently using latanoprost eye drops in both eyes.
  • Your eye pressure is 17 mmHg or higher while on latanoprost.
  • Your optic nerve and nerve fiber layer measurements meet early glaucoma criteria.
  • Your vision is 20/30 or better in both eyes.
