Who can take part

  • You have open-angle glaucoma confirmed by a doctor, with moderate to severe vision loss in one eye.
  • Your eye pressure is controlled (21 mmHg or lower, and no surgery in the study eye may be okay.
  • You have not had certain eye surgeries or certain eye surgeries more than 12 weeks ago, or 3 months ago, or 3 months after a recent eye surgery within 12 weeks ago, and have not had a recent surgery within 12 weeks.
  • You are not using certain medications that could affect vision (like Plaquenil, amiodarone, ethambutol, etc.) currently.
  • You have no other eye diseases (like retinal degeneration or uveitis) that could affect vision.
  • You have no serious medical conditions like uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c > 7%), uncontrolled high blood pressure, or history of certain autoimmune diseases.
