New balance training for better stability in MS

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • You are 65 years old or younger
  • You can walk at least 100 meters (about the length of a football field) without needing to rest, even if you use a cane or walker
  • You feel unsteady or off-balance when standing or walking in your everyday life
  • You do not have any implanted electronic devices (like a pacemaker or nerve stimulator)
