Who can take part

  • You are on hemodialysis (dialysis for your kidneys) for at least 3 months.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are able to exercise during dialysis (no major physical or mental health issues causing problems).
  • You are not taking any medications for depression or anxiety (psychotropic drugs) currently.
  • You do not have severe heart disease, anemia (too low red blood cells), or advanced joint pain in your legs.
