Light exercise during dialysis for muscle strength and sleep

  • You are on hemodialysis (kidney dialysis) for at least 3 months
  • You are 40 years or older
  • You can safely do light exercises and strength tests
  • You have no recent heart problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, or serious infections
  • You have not been hospitalized in the last 3 months
